Every high school student has a unique journey. I’m dedicated to providing tailored guidance and support to help each student thrive throughout high school and on the path to college. With over 20 years of experience in undergraduate admissions and college counseling, I have helped students with diverse academic and extracurricular backgrounds find their best-fit colleges and universities. I served as Assistant Director of Admissions at Trinity College and then spent 18 years as a Senior Counselor at Marks Education. I strive to provide a warm and personalized approach to ensure that each student receives the tailored support needed to succeed. Together, we will navigate the complexities of the college admissions process and discover colleges that align with the student’s goals and interests.
I am the proud mother of three and a Montgomery County Public School (MD) parent. I understand first-hand the challenges students and their parents face when navigating high school choices and the college application process.

“I’ve now had two children work with Brooke throughout high school and the college application process. Not only did she relieve some of the stress from my kids, but she also eased mine as well. She combined her wisdom with encouragement, thoughtful questioning, and practical advice. My kids loved working with her, as did I!”
“I’m so grateful for Brooke’s guidance throughout the college application process. She was always available to answer my questions, offer advice, and provide strategies to help position me for success. She took so much stress out of the process. She helped me determine how and where to apply and present myself authentically. She eased my anxieties and was incredibly patient. In the end, I really feel that Brooke saw me as a person and not just as grades and test scores. I will always be grateful for Brooke’s guidance and support!”
“I came to Brooke for some advice on my son’s common app essay at the last minute. She gave much needed advice to bring it to the next level with a very quick turnaround time. She was so helpful!”
